Job Details: Job Location: ARC-OKLAHOMA CITY ARC DIRECT TO CLIENTELE - Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00Hourly, Job Category: Food Service, Supervises day-to-day operations of the kitchen by instructing and participating in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules; ensures all meals are prepared and served in a safe and presentable manner; supervises and participates in the cleaning of kitchen facilities, equipment, and appliances and ensuring compliance with Salvation Army policies, procedures, and local, state and federal regulations; monitors the inventory of kitchen supplies and food, and ensuring adequate levels of the same are maintained.Qualifications: Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or G.E.D. and three years' experience planning, purchasing, and cooking meals for large groups of people and experience working in a supervisory capacity or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. CertificationsNone
