Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service. Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Promotes outstanding customer relations.
