Internship Opportunities
Ready 3 offers two internship pathways:
Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students seeking an internship during their summer break. Interns work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the aerospace and defense industry.
Year-Round Internship Program
Our Year-Round Internship Program is designed for students who want to continue gaining professional experience while completing their education. Depending on business needs and academic schedules, interns may work part-time during the school year and have opportunities to continue into future semesters.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
- A strong interest in aerospace, defense, technology, engineering, or business operations
