Support clients with daily living activities while respecting their dignity and independence. Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers within your training and assigned duties. Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating as needed. Offer companionship and emotional support. Complete light housekeeping related to client care. Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policies. Follow care plans and report changes in client needs or condition. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful communication.Personal Care Aide Qualifications Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, PCA, Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or similar direct-care professional is preferred. Understanding of personal care, activities of daily living, and client safety. Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to individual needs. Ability to follow care instructions and complete required documentation. Willingness to complete onboarding and required background screening.
