What You’ll Do

• Welcome and connect with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions that are right for them.
• Drive sales and exceed performance goals by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Keep the store clean, organized, inviting, and ready for customers.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve shared sales goals and create a positive store culture.
• Represent the company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
