Restoration Technician
Location: Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will assist in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other types of damage. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable performing physical work, and able to function effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, or general labor is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with water, fire, and damage cleanup and restoration projects
- Remove damaged materials, debris, flooring, drywall, and other affected items as needed
- Set up, operate, and monitor restoration and drying equipment
- Clean and sanitize affected areas
- Move furniture, equipment, and materials at job sites
- Load and unload tools and supplies
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial properties
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Willingness to comply with all required safety procedures
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, or general labor is preferred but not required
