Position Summary

The University of Olivet Nursing Program seeks a full-time nursing faculty member to teach across the Pre-Licensure BSN curriculum. The program admits a new cohort each semester and uses an integrated course model: each semester, a cohort takes one combined course carrying up to eight credit hours and containing didactic instruction, skills lab, simulation, and clinical rotation components. Faculty in this program therefore teach across all four settings rather than in a single modality and follow a cohort through a full semester of learning.

This is a teaching-centered position at a small institution where faculty have direct influence over curriculum, course design, and program growth. The successful candidate will join a program actively building its course portfolio and preparing for CCNE accreditation review, with meaningful opportunity to shape both.
