HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency
Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

HVAC degree or equivalent HVAC service experience
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to handle heavy equipment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
