Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Charge RN, you will contribute to the fulfillment of the CHI Health Mission and Vision by implementing and maintaining programs, adhering to policies, and upholding patient care delivery standards within your assigned department, all while serving as a nursing clinical subject matter expert.

 

Every day you will lead the delivery of patient care services on your shift, ensuring patient-centered care needs are consistently met and that care remains both high-quality and cost-effective. You'll serve as a behavioral role model on your unit, fostering awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles among the care team.

 

To be successful in this role you will bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and leadership presence to guide staff and shift operations, along with a genuine commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of a RN nursing program., upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 - months
