In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the ERP functional team to support and maintain Oracle EBS applications along with Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and participate in functional design discussions.
  • Contribute to the configuration and setup of Oracle EBS modules (and relevant Cloud applications) based on business needs.
  • Participate in system testing for ERP system changes and enhancements.
  • Help create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Assist in conducting user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities.
  • Support end-users in resolving functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system.
  • Learn and work with Oracle EBS modules and relevant Cloud applications, such as Finance, Projects, Procurement and Human Resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts and previous exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
  • Quick learner and eagerness to learn about ERP systems and their role in supporting business processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Prior experience or coursework in ERP, business process management, or data analysis is a bonus.
  • Local candidates preferred

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
