We are a fully accredited home health agency providing personalized care and support that allows our patients to recover and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do
As a COTA with Brookestone Home Health Care, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Support patients in achieving their highest level of independence
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care in home settings
- Help improve the quality of life for those you serve throughout the community
What We're Looking For
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure/certification
