The Scope of Work聽
- Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses
- Showing properties and working with home buyers
- Marketing properties and working with home sellers
- Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
The Ideal Candidate聽
- Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting
- Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.聽
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.聽
- Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.聽
- Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. 聽
- Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.聽

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
