Description

When our guests have worked up an appetite, our food and beverage staff members are ready to serve! As a member of the Concessions team, you will need to be outgoing, able to multi task, and work well with a team. Our concessions is divided into two teams, our Front-of-House team who take and fill orders, and our Back-of-House team prepare and make cooked items.

Front-of-House (FOH) TeamBack-of-House (BOH) Team

Prep menu items that will be cooked during the day
Cook items such as chicken strips, burgers, and pizza by using fryers, grills, and ovens
Stock and clean kitchen service areas
Minimum Age: 16

Responsibilities and Duties of all Concessions Team Members

Follow food safety guidelines and practice good personal hygiene
Maintain a well stocked and clean work area
Concession staff may also work in our picnic grounds serving drinks and cleaning tables
All Fun-Plex employees are expected to work outside their home department from time to time to ensure the success of the entire park.
