Look no further! Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our growing and thriving organization!

The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients, family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out process. Apply now and embark on a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference!

What's Available:

  • .8 FTE, 64 hours bi-weekly

  • Shift: Monday-Friday rotating hours between 6:30am - 6:00pm, occasional Saturday from 6:45am - 12:00pm. Holiday rotation if needed

  • Location: Onalaska, WI

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 6 months experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and technical/computer skills

  • Friendly personality and passion for connecting with/helping people
