Training will be provided and there is advancement potential for top performers.   Responsibilities: Perform underground storage tank compliance testing and repairs Provide support on construction and larger repair projects Respond to maintenance and other service calls   Excellent Benefits Including: Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits for employee and dependents Paid vacations and sick time 401(k) savings plan Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)   Compensation: $25-35/hour commensurate with qualifications and experience (overtime paid) QualificationsSkills Required: One year of construction or related experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other strenuous tasks Clear communication and ability to work in a team environment Absolute attention to detail and a focus on quality Problem solving skills Computer proficiency   Desirable Skills and Certifications: Plumbing, concrete or other construction trade experience Forklift, backhoe or other equipment operation experience Previous underground storage tank testing and repair experience ICC UST Installation/Retrofitter Certification   Other Requirements: Valid California driver’s license with excellent driving record Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug (including marijuana) and alcohol screening Ability to pass annual respirator fitness test Occasional out-of-town work   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, natural origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
