Planner 1 is responsible for assisting in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project plans and schedules.   • Use planning and scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or CMMS systems) to input and update project information.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for internal teams and management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in maintenance planning, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of planning concepts and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with maintenance processes and/or construction workflows is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
