路 Monitor inventory levels and manage stock accuracy to ensure availability.
路 Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for improvement.
路 Facilitate communication between warehouse staff and management to streamline operations.
路 Prepare reports on operational performance, addressing any issues promptly.
路 Manage logistics and coordinate shipment to various warehouses.
路 Lead team meetings to review goals, performance, and address concerns.
路 Handle emergency situations and operational challenges effectively.
Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
路 Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse supervision within the logistics or last-mile delivery industry.
路 Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a safe working environment.
路 Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
