Associate Dentist – Mondays Only
Orange, California | 1099 Independent Contractor

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, patient-focused private dental practice in Orange, California, to recruit a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist for a direct-hire opportunity.

This position is one day per week on Mondays and is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role.

The practice offers comprehensive dentistry in a modern and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is confident, dependable, and willing to perform hygiene services in addition to general dental procedures.

Schedule

Compensation

  • $800–$900 per diem, based on experience
  • Potential for an added production percentage for the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Perform routine hygiene cleanings
  • Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
  • Develop and clearly communicate treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality general and restorative dental care
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Educate patients about their oral health and treatment options
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care


Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted California dental license
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Current professional liability insurance
  • Comfortable performing hygiene cleanings and SRP
  • Strong clinical, communication, and treatment-planning skills
  • Dependable and consistently available on Mondays
  • Private-practice experience preferred
