Field Supervisor

Andy Frain expects its security officers to know their duties and how to do them promptly, correctly, pleasantly and, most importantly – safely. Furthermore, we expect our supervisors to be the front-line managers of the overall vision or goals initially outlined by the Company. Although you may be many layers removed from senior management decision-making, your every-day activities and decisions directly affect how well those goals are implemented. There is an increasing national recognition about the importance of quality supervision. Many experts agree that this is one of the most important positions to achieving the delivery of better quality security services.

Must have 4 Years Supervisor experience in Supervision in Security.  Must have reliable transportation and a valid CA Guard License.  Must be willing to work overtime when required.
