Nursing Undergraduate Adjunct Clinical Instructor
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical instruction for the undergraduate nursing program in the clinical and/or skills lab setting.
- Specialty areas: Fundamentals, Pediatrics, Parent-Child, Medical-Surgical, Psychiatric, and Community Health.
- Current openings in all programs: Traditional Day and Evening, Accelerated Day and Weekend
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in specialty area required.
- Recent hospital experience required for Medical-Surgical courses.
- Demonstrated current clinical competence (certification) in the specialty area; clinical practice within the previous five years preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required (those currently enrolled in an MSN program may be considered)
- Current, unencumbered New York State RN license required; New Jersey State RN license preferred but not required.

Salary: $5,640 per 6-credit clinical course.
