Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Contractor specializing in Remediation to join our dynamic team. As a 1099 Contractor, you will be responsible for independently managing property damage remediation projects, delivering expert repair and restoration services across various property types. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can efficiently assess damages, develop remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and execute repairs to meet Superior's high standards.

With over 13 years of experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been a trusted partner for property management companies, providing comprehensive maintenance and turnkey solutions. Our services encompass roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Independently assess property damage and develop remediation plans tailored to specific projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on remediation efforts.
  • Schedule and oversee work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete remediation projects efficiently.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and effective remediation.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and industry best practices throughout remediation activities.
  • Provide progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in property repair and damage remediation.
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and remediation best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
  • Proven project management capabilities including time and budget management.
  • Possession of necessary tools and reliable transportation.
