This individual will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service. With over 800,000 square feet of different attractions like a gel blaster arena, axe-throwing, pinball arcade, and even one of the world’s largest auto museums, there’s something here for everyone.   But what really makes Dezerland special is our people. We’re fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities  All responsibilities listed are to support all Food Court locations and 007 Kitchen and Bar.   Supervise, train, and coach F&B team members  Oversee daily workstations and manager breaks and coverage   Support onboarding and ongoing training of staff  Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality   Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly   Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations  Monitor food preparation, handling, storage, and presentation  Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures   Ensure proper use and care of kitchen and service equipment   Assist with inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction  Ensure accurate cash handling, POS usage, and daily reconciliations   Complete daily logs, temperature checks, and operation reports  Communicate operational updates to team members and management   Support temp and team member timekeeping and attendance tracking  Ensure food services are prepared for events including but not limited to making sure bars, buffets, or any food needed are stocked and ready.   Will assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called upon  Enforce city and Dezerland Park Orlando policies  Complete additional duties as assigned by management   Other Duties:   This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
