With more than 800 products, Iberia Foods has a solid position as the definitive connection to the Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. We are seeking for a reliable customer service personnel to join our team.

The Associate, Warehouse plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

Job Responsibilities:

* Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
* Inspect products for quality and integrity upon arrival and prior to shipment.
* Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
* Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
* Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for transport.
* Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
* Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) is a plus; willingness to be trained and certified.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
