As a Financial Counselor I, you will play an important role in supporting patients and their families by explaining payment options, assisting with financial processes, and helping create a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. 

Available Schedules

• Monday-Friday
• No weekends or holidays currently required for daytime schedule options. 

Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong typing skills
✅ At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience
✅ Strong communication and customer service skill
