Lead Gutter Installer

Job Title: Gutter Installer 

Salay: $22-26/hr. (with some overtime) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, average 45-50hours a week 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Gutter Installer to join our team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. Ideal candidates will have experience in roofing, gutter installation, or general construction, and a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Inspect and assess the condition of gutters and downspouts on-site 

• Perform repairs such as sealing leaks, reattaching gutters, and replacing damaged sections 

• Clean and maintain gutters to ensure proper water flow 

• Install gutter guards, downspouts, and extensions when needed 

• Use ladders and power tools safely and effectively 

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues found, recommended repairs, and completed work 

• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site 

• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 2-5 years of experience in gutter repair/install

• Soffit and fascia knowledge preferred  

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
