Primary Focus – Final Quality Control (FQC):

• Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles
• Verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards
• Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor
• Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation
• Collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
