Job DetailsJob Location: Pharmco Rx 1103 - Orlando, FL 32807Pharmacist Retail and Long-Term Care Operations (High-Impact Role) We are a fast-growing pharmacy organization seeking a driven and highly capable Pharmacist who is ready to take on a broad, high-impact role across both retail and long-term care (LTC) operations. If you’re the type of pharmacist who steps in, improves processes, and supports team performance without needing to be asked, you’ll fit right in.   Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations across retail and LTC workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Verify prescriptions and provide clinical oversight in accordance with state and federal regulations Support and guide pharmacy technicians, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to best practices Collaborate with providers, nurses, and facility staff to resolve medication-related issues and ensure continuity of care Monitor and optimize workflow, turnaround times, and operational performance Assist in inventory management, including controlled substances and high-cost medications Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and company policies Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance productivity and patient care Serve as a reliable resource for both clinical and operational decision-making Qualifications Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing 2+ years of pharmacist experience, preferably in: Retail pharmacy Long-term care or closed-door pharmacy High-volume environments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment   Preferred Experience Exposure to LTC workflows  Experience with PrimeRx Strong working knowledge of: Pharmacy operations and workflow optimization Insurance processing and third-party billing Controlled substance regulations and documentation Demonstrated ability to support team performance and improve processes Comfortable working across multiple operational areas and adapting quickly   Why Join Us We’re building a team of professionals who don’t just “do the job”, they elevate it.
