Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually (proposed full-time); $60–$85 per paid hour (clinical/lab)
Position / schedule:Â Faculty pool; actual full-time or clinical/lab appointments depend on approved staffing model
Position Overview
Teach and support prelicensure nursing instruction across approved theory, laboratory and clinical assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in assigned areas such as fundamentals, assessment, adult/complex care, pharmacology/pathophysiology, mental health, maternity, pediatrics, community health, leadership or evidence-based practice.
- Facilitate clinical or skills-lab learning within approved supervision and site requirements.
- Evaluate student competencies and document learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with nursing leadership on course coverage, clinical assignments and program quality.
Qualifications
- Appropriate RN authority and graduate nursing preparation for assigned teaching responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to teach the relevant nursing content and supervise clinical learning where assigned.
- Verified credentials, clinical expertise and availability matching actual course and clinical assignments.
