Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy and economic independence for clients. - Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' financial situations and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand resources and opportunities available to clients. - Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as budgeting, saving, credit management, and career development. - Track and report on client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes. - Advocate for clients by connecting them with appropriate services and support networks. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial tools, resources, and best practices to effectively assist clients. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
