Job Summary:**

Operate and maintain specialized machinery to attach capper flanges to mattress components, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and monitor capper flanger machines, including setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
* Load and unload mattress components onto the production line.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Document production data, including output and any issues encountered.
* Collaborate with other production team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine operation.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments and maintenance.
* Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
