The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for teaching didactic courses and performing clinical site checks in alignment with the University’s academic standards. In collaboration with the course coordinator, they assist in the development, design, and delivery of course content. Additionally, this role reviews and revises instructional materials in response to changes in departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements. Campus Adjuncts are also responsible for assessing student performance, providing timely feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. A commitment to exceptional service and the cultivation of respectful, collaborative relationships within the academic community is essential.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator.
Provides course syllabi for instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator.
Engages in the academic roles of teaching, service, scholarship, and research.
Takes attendance each class period and reports non-attendance to the Office of the Registrar.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Ability to work in both a face-to-face and online teaching environment.
Knowledge of computer based academic delivery systems.
Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body.
