As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of shipping, receiving, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, unsecured access points, and facility concerns.
• Monitor access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and vehicle activity, and maintaining required logs and documentation.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by following post orders, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with traffic flow around loading and delivery areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
