Job Details: Job Location: Coco Key Resort and Water Park Orlando - Orlando, FL 32819, Salary Range: Undisclosed, CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort Orlando is seeking dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Room Attendants play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.Position SummaryRoom Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring each room meets CoCo Key’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish room amenities. Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and presented for arriving guests. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items and report issues to the appropriate department. Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items. Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, equipment, and assigned work areas. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and procedures. Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards. Work cooperatively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.Qualifications:   Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and guests. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
