The role you’ll contribute:

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
  • Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
  • Provides accurate and complete documentation.
  • Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
  • Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.
  • Assists with patient/caregiver teaching.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes and the ability to adjust priorities and use resources.
  • Maintains open communication with RN Case Coordinator and RN Supervisor


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Grad or Equiv
  • 1+ year medical/surgical

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ year community health nursing
  • Wound Care Certified
  • Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course. 
  • Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance
