Seasonal Fall Horticulture Worker

Job Announcement:

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Fall Horticulture Worker positions at Noerenberg Memorial Gardens in Wayzata, MN and Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, MN. This position under direction assists in fall cleanup and winter prep in native plantings (rain gardens, pollinator gardens, wildlife gardens) throughout the Park District. As a seasonal maintenance position, employment shall not exceed 67 working days in a calendar year. Student seasonal employees, who are under the age of 22, a full-time student enrolled in a nonprofit or public educational institution prior to being hired and plan to be in or return to school after employment ends, may work 100 days in a calendar year.

STARTING WAGE: $18.25/hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older. Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license, upon appointment.
