As an Assistant Manager, you’re an essential part of the store’s success. You’ll support leadership, help guide the team, and ensure every guest leaves happy (and satisfied!). What You’ll Do: • Support store leadership in daily operations and overall store performance • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences • Help maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and basic reporting • Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence • Step in to oversee operations when leadership is not present Perks You’ll Love: • Leadership role with growth opportunities • Flexible scheduling (full-time position, based on business needs) • Free on-duty shift meals + employee discounts on Auntie Anne’s favorites • Training and development programs to support career advancement • Free uniforms • Eligible benefits may include: health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: • Must be 18 years or older • Previous supervisory experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred) • Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays) • TB clearance required (if applicable by location) • 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift • Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins) • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems) • Ability to taste-test products for quality • Cash handling and customer service experience required • Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days) • High school diploma or equivalent experience • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology • General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus Ready to Lead with Flavor?
