Responsibilities
- Partner with sales associates toĀ deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy
- Coach and support sales associates to deliverĀ timely, accurate and professional sales quotes forĀ aĀ range of product lines, ensuringĀ finance,Ā business,Ā legalĀ and professional servicesĀ requirements are met while optimizing revenue
- Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines
- Analyze, document, communicateĀ and processĀ contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standardĀ
- Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) onĀ quotingĀ and salesĀ tools,Ā pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launchesĀ
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 yearsā experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
- Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
- High level of professionalism with internal and external customersĀ
- High attention to detail with excellent organization skillsĀ Ā
Preferred
- Proficient Excel skillsĀ
- Salesforce.com work experience
- Price deskĀ experience in the software industryĀ
