Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities) 1. Maintain an Efficient Expo Pass System Follow the direction of the Expo Lead at all times. Ensure all plates leaving expo meet Q39 standards for presentation, accuracy, and quality. Confirm items are complete, visually appealing, and free from issues before running them to the guest. 2. Deliver Plates to Guests Run food promptly and safely to the correct tables. After each delivery, engage guests with warm, professional service: Confirm they are happy with their meal. Ask if they need anything additional. Offer further assistance before leaving the table.   Communicate guest needs to the Server or Expo Lead immediately. 3. Provide Active Dining Room Support Pre-bus tables consistently to maintain a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining environment. Assist Servers by monitoring table needs, water refills, and guest requests. 4. Maintain Carry-Out & Retail Stations Keep the carry-out station organized, stocked, and ready for fast service. Restock retail items as needed while ensuring the area remains clean and visually appealing. 5. Uphold Q39 Values & Standards Be positive, professional, reliable, and team oriented. Support continuous improvement by communicating issues, offering solutions, and helping proactively solve problems. Demonstrate passion for the Q39 brand in all guest interactions. QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Reliable and hardworking Server Assistant with experience supporting servers in fast-paced dining environments Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing and resetting tables Skilled in assisting with food running, beverage refills, and guest needs to ensure smooth service flow Effective team player with clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail Knowledgeable in basic food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards
