General Labor - Owensboro, 1st and 2nd shift

About the Role:

The Production General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line and assisting in the manufacturing process. This position supports overall plant operations and helps ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to withstand cold environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of production processes and safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment
• Load, unload, and package products or materials
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product meets standards
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with setup and changeovers as needed
• Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
