We're looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

• Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of the Kia lineup, including new models, features, and technology.

• Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, and available options.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.

• Collaborate with the Finance Department to help customers navigate available financing and leasing options.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity in the dealership's CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about current inventory, dealership promotions, and manufacturer incentives.

• Provide a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are driven to succeed.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
