About Us
Stivers Kia of Owings Mills is a growing dealership focused on treating customers and team members right. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to keep our deals moving and our paperwork airtight.

What You’ll Do

• Process titles, registrations and tags for new and used vehicle sales through the Maryland MVA, plus out-of-state transactions
• Process trade-in titles, payoffs and lien releases, and follow up with lenders until titles are received
• Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness before funding
• Track and resolve title issues, missing documents and stipulations
• Maintain accurate title logs, inventory records and DMS entries
• Work closely with the sales, F&I and accounting teams to keep deals on schedule
• Answer customer questions about tags, registrations and title status

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ year of dealership title clerk experience preferred (Maryland MVA experience a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many deals at once
• Familiarity with dealership DMS software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack or similar)
• Comfortable with MS Office and online titling systems
• Clear communicator who follows through
• High school diploma or equivalent
