Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Physical Therapist II, you will manage a complex patient caseload while serving as a clinical resource, mentor, and leader within the department.

 

Every day, you will collaborate independently with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize discharge planning.

 

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate ability to lead peers, resolve clinical conflicts, and present educational in-services.

 

 

  • Ability and willingness to actively participate in departmental and hospital programs.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and ability to achieve results through good organizational skills and prioritization of work.
  • Ability to work independently and be a functional team member in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to mentor/coach student interns or oversee their clinical experience.
  • Ability to be flexible with caseload within any given day as needed for the benefit of the department.
  • Promotes P.T. services in the community as appropriate. 

 

Job Requirements

Required

 

  • Current California license in Physical Therapy.
  • Current CPR.
  • Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
