• Pay: $30-$55 per flat rate hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
• Schedule: Full Time with every other Saturday off!

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Honda standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning repairs.
• Identify additional maintenance and repair needs.
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines, safety procedures, and dealership processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, fellow technicians, and shop leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Current automotive technician certification.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing factory training.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Relevant technical training or automotive education are preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The average monthly pay range for this position is $30-$55 Flat Rate Hours depending on experience. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
