JobDescription: Sales Manager (5-Star Resort)

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience & lastdrawn salary)

Role Summary

A reputed 5-star resort is looking for an experienced Sales Manager todrive corporate and leisure sales. The ideal candidate should have priorexperience in luxury hospitality sales, strong knowledge of the Delhi market,and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  
• Manage corporate, travel agent, and direct client relationships
  
• Promote resort packages and services to target clients
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with reservation and operations teams
  
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in 5-star hotels/resorts sales (Mandatory)
  
• Exposure to properties with ARR ₹15,000+ preferred
  
• Strong command over spoken English
  
• Good understanding of Delhi market and client network
  
• Willingness to travel as required
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
