POSITION SUMMARY:Ā
The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and itās equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost.Ā Ā Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives.Ā Ā Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments.Ā Ā Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.Ā Ā Ā
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ā
Inventory management, documentation, interpretation of data, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, master sanitation schedule, SQF, SSOPs and other duties assigned by the business.Ā
COMPETENCIES:Ā
Mathematical skills, data documentation, mechanical skills, organization and multitasking skills, communication, chemical safety, 7 steps of sanitation.Ā Ā
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Ā Ā
Required Education:Ā Ā High school or equivalentĀ or minimumĀ 5Ā years sanitation experienceĀ
Required Experience:Ā Ā UnderstandingĀ ofĀ basic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management knowledge, mechanicalĀ skills.Ā
