Are you dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping others succeed? We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to help keep our customers' workplaces clean while training, supporting, and leading our cleaning technicians.

What You'll Do
- Lead by example, performing cleaning duties alongside your team when needed.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
- Inspect assigned accounts and provide constructive feedback.
- Address missed cleans, customer complaints, and quality concerns.
- Monitor labor hours, supplies, and open service requests.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management.
- Take initiative to solve problems and ensure customers receive excellent service.
What We Offer
- $17/hour starting pay, with potential for growth based on performance.
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. (typically 11 a.m.–8 p.m. or 1 p.m.–10 p.m.).
