• Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, plus a [$X.XX]/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Give prescribed medications and treatments under the direction of the RN and physician
• Monitor vital signs and residents’ conditions, and report changes promptly
• Help residents with personal care and daily activities
• Work with the nursing team to update and carry out care plans
• Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Respond quickly to resident emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida LPN license or multistate (NLC) compact license
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a team-first approach
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
