Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Install, maintain, and remove construction safety systems on active jobsites.
  • Load, unload, organize, and care for safety equipment and materials.
  • Safely operate and maintain a company work truck and complete assigned routes.
  • Use company mobile applications to document work, inventory, and job completion.
  • Communicate with Dispatch, field leadership, customers, and teammates throughout the workday.
  • Follow jobsite safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, installation quality, productivity, and care of company equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality evaluations as you advance.

As team members advance through the career path, promotions include corresponding pay increases based on the company's current compensation structure. Advancement is based on completing required training, gaining field experience, and consistently meeting company safety, quality, and performance standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Ability to learn and use mobile applications and company technology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependability and willingness to complete assigned responsibilities.
  • Commitment to safety, coaching, accountability, and continuous development.

Work Environment and Time Requirements:


This is a field-based position requiring regular travel by company vehicle to active construction sites within the assigned market and periodic travel to other markets based on business and operational needs. 


Service Technicians must be able to:

  • Work in all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Work at various heights, on rooftops, and around elevated or open work areas when properly trained and authorized.
  • Use ladders, scaffolds, and other approved access equipment.
  • Lift, carry, load, unload, and position a minimum of 55 lbs. of equipment and materials.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, and other field equipment in accordance with company requirements and applicable laws.
  • Work overtime, early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends when required by workload or jobsite schedules.
  • Maintain required training, certifications, and qualifications for assigned work.
  • Meet all applicable Onsite Safety, customer, OSHA, fleet, and jobsite safety requirements.
