The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a seasonal Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location.

Opening available at the following branch location:

• 3400 E Tahquitz Canyon Way. Palm Springs, CA 92262 at the Palm Springs Airport.

Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days max starting as early as October 22nd, 2026 through April 20th, 2027.

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $22.00 based on a 40 hour workweek. 

 **Apart from religious observances, must have open availability and be able to work full time (40 hours/week) days, nights, weekends & holidays required**

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

• Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services 
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance 
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• This position requires a valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position, now or in the future
• Must have open availability. Apart from religious observances, must be available to work 40 hours/week and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
