You will remain visible, communicate professionally, conduct routine patrols, and help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License:Candidates must possess a valid  driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
  • A current and unexpired license.
  • No significant driving offenses that would disqualify the candidate from driving for work purposes.
  • Compliance with any additional state or territory regulations regarding driving.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial location by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and documenting access-related activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions, damaged access-control equipment, or policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
